Ordering custom sizes?
We are able to fabricate inserts tailored to your needs. We do not require a minimum quantity for custom products. Custom sizes are non-returnable/non-refundable. See our return policy. Reach out and Request a Quote.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Established companies can fax (305-883-0753) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) the order. We'll send you a credit card authorization form which you fill out and return.
How and when do I pay?
Before your order is shipped, you will be contacted as to your method of payment. If paying with a credit card, you will be sent a form authorizing Pillows and Fibers to charge your credit card account.

How long does it take to ship out an order?
Production time varies according to the amount ordered. We strive to get all shipments out in a timely manner. Our goal for small orders is same day to next day. Larger orders will be scheduled into production and a window of time given if needed. These production times do not include shipping times. Contact us for a more accurate response.
